Welcome to VibeMeta (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), a service provided by VibeMeta or its affiliates (collectively, "VibeMeta", "we", or "us").

Important Notice:

These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), along with other policies we may publish from time to time (such as the Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy, collectively referred to as the "Terms"), constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us, governing your access to and use of the Game, mobile applications, related services, and content (collectively, the "Service"). Our Service is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Game or access the Service.

Dispute Resolution Notice:

These Terms include an arbitration agreement and a waiver of class action rights. Except for certain disputes, you and VibeMeta agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration and waive the right to participate in class actions.

1. Age Restrictions and Acceptance of Terms

The Service is available only to users aged 13 or older (or the higher age required by your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you must use the Service under parental or guardian supervision, ensuring they have read and agreed to these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you meet the age requirement or have obtained guardian consent and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, accessible in the Game, on Google Play, the App Store product page, or our official website. These documents are incorporated by reference. We ensure these policies are easy to find and access.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms due to service updates, legal changes, or business needs. Material changes will be communicated via in-Game notices, email, or prominent app launch alerts at least 7 days in advance. Changes take effect on the specified date. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service; continued use constitutes acceptance. Previous versions of the Terms will be archived for reference.

3. Accounts and Third-Party Login

3.1 Account Management

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for account security. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at vibemetaaps@gmail.com. We encourage enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for sensitive actions.

3.2 Third-Party Login

You may log in via Google, Apple ID, or other platforms. By doing so, you authorize us to collect necessary information (e.g., username, profile picture) and agree to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party account security. Users will be clearly informed about data collection scope and purpose.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

4.1 Virtual Items Policy

Virtual items (including but not limited to in-game currency, items, etc.) are for in-game use only. They possess no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or physical goods, and may not be traded through unofficial channels. All virtual items are provided under a limited license for use, and you do not acquire ownership rights. We will prominently and persistently display the usage rules and restrictions of virtual items within the game interface to prevent user misunderstandings.

4.2 Payment Policies

  • Google Play: Purchases must use Google Play Billing. Refunds follow Google's policy unless legally required.
  • App Store: Purchases must use Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system. Refunds are processed via Apple.

4.3 Price Adjustments

We may change prices, but existing purchases are unaffected. Changes will be announced in-Game and via app launch pop-ups.

5. User Data and Privacy

5.1 Data Collection and Use

We adhere to our Privacy Policy when collecting, using, and storing data (e.g., device info, gameplay analytics). Personal data is not shared without consent unless legally required. Our Privacy Policy details purposes, methods, and cross-border data transfers (if applicable).

5.2 Children's Data

6. Content Compliance and User Conduct

7.2 Account Termination

Breaches may result in account suspension/termination without refunds. Data will be permanently deleted. Warnings may precede action (except for severe violations).

8. Intellectual Property and Infringement

8.1 Our Rights

All software, graphics, audio, etc., are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright/trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8.2 Infringement Claims

Submit complaints to vibemetaaps@gmail.com with proof of ownership. We will process claims per DMCA and platform rules.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by PRC law (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Disputes will first be negotiated amicably; unresolved disputes may be submitted to courts in our jurisdiction. Platform-specific dispute mechanisms (e.g., Apple/Google mediation) may apply where permissible.

10. Jurisdiction-Specific Terms

10.1 European Union

  • Consumer Rights: EU users may cancel orders within 14 days (excluding virtual items).
  • Data Protection: We comply with the GDPR, providing accessible channels for data access/correction/deletion.

10.2 Other Regions

If your country/region has specific legal requirements, these Terms will automatically adapt to comply with such requirements, with the local version taking precedence. We closely monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions and promptly update our Terms of Service to ensure full compliance in all operating regions.
